Terrible Weather in Malta:
Read This...Because I'm Weeping
This is dedicated to those of you (yes, you and you) who always ask me the temperature in Malta--and then get mad at me. It's been awful in Malta for the past couple of days.
Gale force winds--number 8, in fact--all night, with the shutters blowing around and lots whistling and crashing noises. Then today I got caught in a sudden hail storm--with rain, thunder, lightening. And now there's a leak in my Maltese house--down the living room wall.
Happy?

Gosh...hailstorm in Malta! I knew about the occasional strong winds but haven't heard of hail. Weather's gone crazy world wide. We had major floods up the mountains her in Panama. My sister in Devon, England has had two floods in their are this year! Still want to visit Malta though! Hope you got the leak fixed. Dee

Lynda, those big pants have been off the line because the weather has been so bad that I can't hang anything out. The best thing that arrived in my shipment is a whole load of new and some not-so-new big pants. I love your comments.

It happens to the best of us. Friends of mine in the UK I know, get fed up about hearing how nice the weather is in Spain. So all our 'so called friends' can feel smug now. We had thunderstorms and hail here yesterday as well. Was it something we said, or was somebody trying to tell you to get those big pants off the line :-)
