This is the first email of its kind that I've received since I started the blog almost five years ago: Someone who has his roots in Malta would like to volunteer to help out with a worthy cause. My name is Jon F. and I'm a student at George Washington University in Washington, DC. I came across your blog and website about your experiences teaching and living in Malta. I will be graduating in May and would love the opportunity to volunteer in some fashion in Malta. My family is originally from the island and I am dying to go back to make a difference in the communities my grandparents grew up in. I have found it difficult to find opportunities online, but I came across your website and figured you might have some ideas or know of volunteer opportunities I cannot find online.
